AI compute, built at the source of energy.

We build and run AI-ready capacity where energy is already produced, so AI companies are not left waiting in the grid queue.

What we do

Powered capacity for AI

Accretion Compute builds and operates the physical layer AI runs on, and leases it to AI companies on multi-year terms. Tenants bring their own hardware. We bring the energy, the building and the people who run it.

How capacity works

Power

Firm energy generated on site, sized to the load, with redundancy designed in.

Cooling

Designed for the heat density of modern accelerators, including liquid cooling.

Space

Secure halls built to the tenant's specification, with room to grow on the same site.

Connectivity

Sites chosen with fiber in reach, so data moves as freely as the power does.

From energy to compute

We gather energy and concentrate it into
compute

Every Accretion site follows the same chain. Scroll to follow it.

01 · Energy source

Energy that is already there

Gas, landfill gas and industrial sites, often producing more than anyone uses.

02 · On-site power

Turned into power on site

Generated behind the meter, without waiting on a grid connection.

03 · AI-ready hall

Delivered into halls built for AI

Power, cooling, space and fiber, built around the generation.

04 · Your workloads

Concentrated into compute

Tenants bring their hardware. The energy ends up as training and inference.

Why energy at the source

The grid is the bottleneck. Energy is not.

New data centres can wait years for a grid connection. Meanwhile, energy is already being produced at sites where no one is using all of it.

Building at the source skips the longest line in the industry. It also puts gas that is stranded, flared or under-used to productive work.

Our approach to energy

Waiting on the grid

Apply for interconnection, join the queue, wait for studies and upgrades, then build.

Building at the source

Start where fuel and land are already in place, generate on site, and build around it.
